As long as there are no "fixed structures" obsecuring access you can pretty much do what you want. But remember that the easement its self may need to be dug up at anytime. So simplicity is your friend. That being said I personally don't know anyone with an easement on their property who has had to deal with it over their period of ownership on the block. Pretty sure its a rare thing to encounter issues with it, and should definitely not detour anyone from purchasing a block with an easement. My neighbor did this. Quite effective. Shed can be dismantled with a days notice. You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work 2 17118 You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16127 Thanks - yea sounds like I need to submit build over easement application....ugh guess I better start finding someone who can do the engineering drawings 3 3325 |
