Fence -> gap -> raised garden bed -> entrance walkway -> pool area? Raised garden beds one at 500mm and the second that backs on to the drive way at 700mm They are to the left hand side of a solid brick wall that lead to the portico and then the the pool entry gate. Cheers;) Re: Rosmond Homes build in Perth, Fence detail 506Sep 07, 2013 7:14 am looking great lots of work done Re: Rosmond Homes build in Perth, Fence detail 507Sep 07, 2013 11:43 am Our portico was to have the limestone render started Friday, Fail! Then we are told they will start today, pouring rain today, Pretty sure it going to be another Fail! I hope Monday is a realistic start day, I'm sick of being told people will be doing work at the build and they dont show To make it worse, you dont get told they wont be attending it's up to us to see and ask the question. I'm sure the weather is an issue for all but as far as I know the weather has no effect on using the phone or and email to update your customers! End Rant Re: Rosmond Homes build in Perth, Fence detail 508Sep 07, 2013 1:56 pm Rant away ... it is frustrating to be let down over and over. On the good side, things are looking amazing. I am so jealous of your front fence--we're not allowed to have one. Re: Rosmond Homes build in Perth, Fence detail 509Sep 07, 2013 5:48 pm Yep! Not a sole in sight and the day has turned out pretty nice Thanks Lucinda, it's great to be having brick work done again as most days it's a really nice surprise to see how much they have done Sorry you are unable to have your own fence, some of the rules and regs leave a LOT to be desired......... Also are you… 6 7043 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17608 3 48391 |
