The motors are on the roof so they are near silent in the rooms, you only have a small vent and ducting running up to the motor. Looking great Yes we have a Schweigen range hood to come but that is part of our adenda. The lighting, fans and extraction system we had this nice little term in our plans SOIB (suplied by owner installed by owner). We have a build walk today at 8am with a Director of Rosmond, this was requested by Rosmond to give us the chance to ask questions of them and discuss the build. Turned up with a coffee for the wife and I as well We even got told we will be given a construction key when we get to lock up The have dropped the scaf down a level to do the brick clean and paint the eves. Never thought I'd be envious of someone's roof exhaust but there's a first for everything! I'll have to look into one of those Schweigen Multipurpose Exhaust System's for later but will definitely look into one for the kitchen. Re: Rosmond Homes custom build.
