When I built with a smaller custom builder, I was dealing direct with one of company directors and all issues are much easier to solve.
I also get the feeling the S/S may be incentivised on building under a particular cost budget and building a certain volume of homes per year, which is why they don't want to fix things. CSA's 24May 02, 2008 8:29 pm PD offer a great service with its experienced and knowledgable CSA's, if they can't answer it the SS can.
