We were told we weren't...what did yours say? What the hell!!!!! What does that mean for you now? We were told the same thing we weren't in a bushfire prone area either. Was it stated in your contract that you weren't subject to all that? Does this mean you have to pay extra? The bushfire survey was done back in 2010...when Riverside was covered in bush! It should be fine with EB... Building a Drysdale 27 with Eden Brae!
