I'm after some help.
We accepted the house built by PorterDavis.
There is one item written on the Inspection Cert of Completion by PD's supervisor that is the "Inconsistent mortar color", PorterDavis will fix within 14 days. Part of it is white, other is not.
But after 6 months it still has not been fixed.
And now they said " Nothing wrong with the mortar color ", they don't fix it. That PD's supervisor was gone.
Even our private inspector said in the report " the mortar color is inconsistent".
Pls advise what can I do ?
I really want to take this matter to the Current Affair.
