Is there any way around these covenants? There are so many in the area already with timber cladding which we took photo's of and sent to the Builder which they emailed but the response was simply: "I am aware of other houses around Madora Bay with cladding. Some of the original stages at Madora Bay had different covenants on them and some of the houses do contravene the covenants. There is nothing we can do about that.
