Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 19, 2012 10:39 am Just want to check if this is correct or not for NSW. My plans have been approved by a private certifier and I have been told that once they were approved they now need to get Waterboard approval (another 2 week wait). My question is do you have to have Approved plans before it goes to the waterboard or should/could my builder have sent the waterboard my plans earlier? The plans go to a waterboard certifier and if there are no easements can be approved immediately, our were done the next day, we have a stormwater easement but they just checked we were 4m from it and they were stamped, it is definitely not a two week process!
