ALLWORTH HOMES - HARMONY - HELP NEEDED :)

Ended up pulling out after talking to aeveral builders because of the high site costs on the block. Managed to get out deposit back from allworth just before they sent the guy out to do the quote. Didn't want to take the risk of blowing our budget so found an established house last weekend and bought it. Still love the harmony entertainer....maybe one day down the track well build it but right now can't waut to move into our new place in a few weeks Good luck to you all with your builds and hope your new homes turn out even better than expected

Site costs is definately something that can blow out if your block has a heap of fill, rock, or big fall so you should always investigate that prior to even grabbing the land. In new estates this is usually easier to get information on.

Glad to here you found a place, we looked at an established house before deciding to build.
