Managed to get out deposit back from allworth just before they sent the guy out to do the quote. Didn't want to take the risk of blowing our budget so found an established house last weekend and bought it. In new estates this is usually easier to get information on. Glad to here you found a place, we looked at an established house before deciding to build. Ask for references and speak to them.
