My boyfriend has a 50inch tv in his bedroom, so my tv is going to look ridiculous in the living room lol. Ohwell I dont watch much of it anyway, its more that itll look out of place. Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 664Nov 13, 2013 2:07 pm Hehehe I understand. Yeah I don't watch enough TV to warrant an upgrade! Can think of better things to spend the money on. It's the same reason we aren't married yet Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 665Nov 13, 2013 2:19 pm Haha we only got new one as i got my son DVD player for christmas so i needed old one for their activity room. Might also mean dont have to have abc2 on in lounge all day haha Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 666Nov 13, 2013 2:39 pm Haha yep. When I allow my boyfriens to move in we will most likely put his tv in the lounge room. Thats not untill he can help pay expenses, he doesnt finish uni untill mid next year Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 667Nov 13, 2013 2:41 pm Hahaha he will probably end up at your place most of the time anyway I cant wait to move out and live with my bf...been a 45 min drive apart for over a year now! Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 668Nov 13, 2013 2:52 pm After living with my mom for 8 months just having our own space again was amazing!! What is your Bf studying? My OH was practically living with me before we moved in together, though he was living at a backpackers at the time Good luck with the moving in together, it is a real eye opener! Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 669Nov 13, 2013 4:38 pm He's studying electrical power engineering. He goes away again over christmas for 3 months for work experience in the Pilbara, $1000 a week after tax for work experience... Cant wait untill hes getting paid in a grad position! He eats to much for me to feed him lol! So if hes here lots he'll have to help out with food. Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 670Nov 13, 2013 5:58 pm He'll be finished before you know it!! Its amazing how much guys eat!! I have 3 sisters, no brothers so it blew me away how much my OH can eat when we started living together! Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 671Nov 13, 2013 6:00 pm fmac He'll be finished before you know it!! Its amazing how much guys eat!! I have 3 sisters, no brothers so it blew me away how much my OH can eat when we started living together! Don't worry, were always surprised at how little you girls eat Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 672Nov 13, 2013 6:12 pm Hehe Trust me I can eat but it was probably also I was on a budget when we met, living by myself, so I had learnt how to stretch things particularly meat to make it go further and he'd use the same amount I'd use for at least a week of meals for one dinner Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 674Nov 13, 2013 10:02 pm Haha oh god I eat like a starving horse! I just couldnt afford two starving horses. Everyone at work always picks on me for how much I eat haha. I recently lost 11kg and finally learnt to eat to lose weight instead of starving myself. Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 675Nov 13, 2013 10:47 pm Hehe, we just had dinner and I didn't make extra as I have leftovers already for lunch tomorrow and I could see him eyeing off my dinner!! Congratulations on the weight loss! Thats great work!! I kow how hard that can be, i lost quite a bit before meeting the OH but since meeting I've gained 15kgs! He on the other hand still weighs within a couple of kgs of what he did when we met!! Though becoming a home ec teacher didn't help Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 676Nov 13, 2013 11:48 pm Hehe yep the boyfriend + bad food choices contributed to me putting in 10kg. I seen it on the scales but I was in denial, then I saw a photo of me last christmas.. Eek lol. Ive always been very active, just ate terribly and drank soft drink, havnt had soft drink since February. All my boyfriend has to do to lose 10kg in 2 weeks is go for a couple of runs every week, dam men! Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 677Nov 13, 2013 11:59 pm My OH doesn't do anything besides playing rugby socially which involves more beer then fitness!! I lost 20kg before I met OH and was running a few times a week. Then went back to uni, started teaching and it all went pear shaped, literally I'm finding getting weight off this time a hard slog I know what to do, I have a degree in nutrition! But I like food and alcohol too much!! Have started to attempt running again to see how that goes Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 678Nov 14, 2013 12:44 am Bugger, we l know what we gotta do, easier said then done though! I dont drink often anymore.... Unless its free, like the christmas party this Friday My partner plays baseball and indoor cricket, but like your husband, it involves more beer then anything else! Pear shaped.. Haha yep thats what happend to me Re: First time builder - Ellenbrook - Painting started...! 679Nov 14, 2013 12:47 am And on that note, all I have left paint it 2 coats in both bathrooms and toilet and 1 coat in the laundry.
