Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 30, 2012 10:53 pm Hi.. Help please! We are building a Plantation Home, the Eclipse with a Lennox facade and I am now totally stumped on the render colour. We have selected the caoba colorbond garage door and light silver window frames. Happy to hear suggestions for render colour (dulux), highlight render colour, colorbond roof (we want a light colour) and guttering. I found this picture I really liked, any thoughts on the colours used? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Thanks! If rendering the lot then pick two colours that compliment each other but have contrast. I don't like the white gutter & fascia combo as above but that's personal choice. You can afford to go dark with your colours or even use a nice brick in combo with the render (if possible). Cladding is another option I would look at on the 2nd level to help break things up.... (again depends on your builder). Hey. Head to a metal and decide on which profile you will use first. Profiles with larger corrugations can greatly change the appearance of the color in different… 0 3357 I'd get the gutters to match your roof and pipes to match the paint - otherwise they become a feature. Nice pick with the paint colours! 1 34240 |
