DRP sucks.
We did get pre-aproval and have just amended a few things and gone through the check list, but some of the things they said we are not complying with are exactly what they asked for in their lists. They came back stating to consider glazing on windows. Well, if he had actually looked at the window schedule he would have seen that it has the correct glazing that they are after. And on all windows not just some. They are saying the driveway should not be more than 4m max at the boundary. Well guess what. It is 4m at the boundary, so why are you questioning it? He did not think the bricks were contrasting enough. I don't know how much contrast he expects, when we chose almost black and almost white bricks we thought it was more than enough contrast. So on to final approval and the DA. We propably won't start building before Xmas Re: Anyone building at bunya??? 3796Nov 21, 2013 2:37 am [quote="lyricsinmotion"]I would so agree with everyone.
