The builder has asked me to provide WAE (Work-as-Executed) plan for them to obtain my waterboard approval. We found it in our land contract and sent it through. Few days later, the builder sent over a PCV and asked for additional $978, they advised that the documents provided by us was unfortunately insufficient as the information regarding my sewer was not available to them on their system and as a result, the additional charges to obtain the approval apply.
Our land was newly registered last month, and obviously we have sent through the WAE. Then we tried to call the builder's plumber and the plumber told us they have already completed their drawings and approved by Sydney Water!! Why the builder is still asking additional cost from me?? Does anyone of you experiencing the same issue??
It is just not making any sense for me to pay for something that has already been done by developer ... it is really frustrating.
