Build Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=57639 Re: Plucka's Build- Complete, now landscaping 160Feb 11, 2014 11:18 am Well it's been almost a year now since I've moved in so thought I'd post a quick update: Been very busy doing the Landscaping and have done the following: - Enclosed Under House - 60 odd metres of retaining walls - Backyard leveled, soil and turf - Front soil and turf - Popup sprinklers installed - Gardens about 70% planted, 100% mulched - Front Garden edging - Aircon installed (2 split systems) - 5.5KW solar panels installed (52c Feed in Tariff= approx $900 a qtr credit) - Paving- 50% way though 110 sqm Apart from the A/C and Solar have done all myself, hard work but hate to think what it would have cost to get someone to do it all. In end didn't go with a pool, couldn't justify the cost seeing we have a public pool 5mins away but who knows maybe one day. So that just leaves: - Finish paving - Build Side of house Screening/gate. - Build letterbox - Garden edging backyard - Finish Planting Hopefully by winter 100% done. Stay tuned hope to take some pics soon and post them up. Build Thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=57639 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense.
