Hi Everyone!
My wife and I are building in Point Cook Vic, and are looking for a builder that includes 2700mm ceiling heigh as a standard inclusion. Is anyone building a home with 2700mm ceiling height as a standard inclusion?

Masterton were charging around $5400 for 2.7m ceilings about 18 months ago. We have 2.7m ceilings in our house now (with a smaller builder) but it wasn't itemised so couldn't say exactly how much we paid. What we have done in a few theatres ( including my own) is run 2 layers of 13mm gyprock, but sounds insulation especially for the bass is really tricky as a lot of that… 4 1679 Yep, very good point. I’ll do more research and see what figures I get. Thank you! 8 2480 |
