Pantry is walk in at 2150 x 3090. It's bigger than the old one, which was big enough for the both of us. Remember, it's really just the 2 of us, and we have built for the "forever" theory, not for resale, although I haven't totally ignored that factor. Builder has done double brick at front and around the garage at no extra cost. Put in Ag drainage across the front as per plans but plumber advised on continuing down both sides of house, so he also did that at no extra cost. He's gone overboard on the metal tie down stripping you can see below, but it just adds to the strength and stability of the place. They've also put screening and scoria drainage across front and down sides. Also levelled a lot of the ground under the foot print to make my life easier after it's finished.
