Has anyone experienced the connection delays at Aurora Estate for the FTTH connection?
I recently purchased an existing home. The previous owners had iprimus and we have also chosen iprimus connection. However, the issue is with Vicurban. iprimus is putting the blame on vicurban of delaying the set up. I called up the FTTH connection. This is my 3rd time in the second week. I can't believe this is happening for a FTTH connection. It is suppose to be an easy process of remote login and do the set up. Everytime I call FTTH helpdesk, they have different answers. There is no escalation point or anything.. this is absurd... Vicurban is just a rip off I believe...
anyone had these experiences and let me know what you did...
