Size is 18 x 35 Re: Site costs for building in Craigieburn 5Jun 23, 2012 1:26 pm Soil type will likely be reactive clay, and fall of the land means if it has any slope from one corner to another. Without those details no one can provide an estimate for you. Maybe check out a few other people's threads that built in Craigieburn, to get an estimate of what their costs were (you may need to PM them). There should be plenty that also built with Metr!con. There is a Highlands thread here - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=14731&start=220 Building the Denver by Metricon on acreage Land settlement: 24/8/15 Contracts: 8/7/16 Finance approved: 5/8/16 Council approval.....? viewtopic.php?f=31&t=79213 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13105 Is anyone building with Mojo and have a recent site cost tender 0 15954 Henley should give you some indication of site costs.
