Can I still use the old fashioned way ie antenna on the roof for tv? And pick up the telephone line from the boundry and connect that to the house? Or if I am picking up the telephone line from the boundry, do I pick up the whole lot ie tv, phone, and data?? Not sure what to do and what is going to be more cost effective. Once they connect and install their box you get the tv signal as well. Velocity estates often have covenants prohibiting tv antennas. You are probably also entitled a $1500 rebate from Telstra for use on their services. I believe that you can simply call Telstra and order a phone line and they will take care of the rest. You don't need smart wiring in your house if you use wifi for your Internet from the Telstra velocity box.
