I have found the building part easier than the admin part as you can see progress each day. Admin is testing as you don't hear anything for periods at a time. Building is a roller coaster and you will feel the ups and downs. For us, I feel like we have put our lives on hold for the past 16 months. Thank goodness. Never again and certainly not with Rawson. I have spent the first 4 weeks of my LSL waiting at home every day for trades to turn up and fix the half assed jobs they did first attempt.
