Thats what we thought, but if you look at the second image, there are 3 windows next to each other that are apparently at 7c but the windows don't line up, and the line sits at different areas of the window?

The right hand one is definately lower. Either, the sill will sit above or below the 7 course line depending on which window you look at or you have another differnt window height - wither way I would go back and get it confirmed...... Re: 1st build in Baldivis with DAH - Got the plans!!! 88Jul 20, 2012 7:41 pm Your laundry side of the house has eaves at 25c and the single window picture has 28c eaves. So they are all the same height of ground and same height, just the eaves are higher on one side. Which is a bit tricksy when you're trying to work it out lol Your bathroom window, the one with the 7c between the brill sill thing and the bottom of the window looks like an 18c window though. Sorry to hear it has been trying for you. We've got similar taste it seems - we have a Surfmist Garage and also some Woodland Grey in our exterior colours. I've only skim read your thread, but would it be an option to extend your outdoor area to the end of your games room? It's just an idea... We got told that there would be a surcharge for every additional colour of paint used inside (and outside) with our builder, so it seems like that is standard. I think it was $200 per additional colour from memory. Thankfully we've been very lucky with our builder and tradies and they've been nice enough to let us make a LOT of changes during the build itself. Good luck with it all! Our building thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=53911 Re: 1st build in Baldivis with DAH - Got the plans!!! 91Jul 31, 2012 9:58 am MissEm, Sounds like you had the same Sales Consultant as us. The SC at the DAH Baldivis display actually was more help for us, very helpfully and was more excited about our house plan than our SC. Junction boxes. We got about 8 installed for future star lights, outdoor fans, etc. No problems there. Regarding visiting Intelligent Home. I rang them, said I lived in Secret Harbour and wasn't driving down to show them a phone point on a plan. It worked, I just emailed them a copy. Good luck with your build and enjoy. It's one hell of a ride. Oh, and we're getting a Surfmist garage as well. (Not smurfmist as I keep telling my daughter.)
