Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone building with Wisdom Homes?? 221Oct 10, 2013 7:51 pm If you have porcelain tiles with optical hazing problem, the only option you have is to take the case to Consumer Trader Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). It is not appropriate for all the tilers to sell the tiles with optical hazing problem. Go to www.slique.com.au and ask for the quote. They can solve the problems. Read page 15 consumer guarantee law. Basically the law says 1. if you take advise from sales people, they need to give you correct advise, explanation, etc. If the tiles do not meet your expectation i.e. problem free such as bad/dirty looking optical haze on the tiles, you can take them to CTTT, even if you have signed their disclaimer. 2. Supplier or the manufacturer cannot argue the consumer because the consumer did not detect the problems at the time of purchase. 3. The good sold to the consumer must meet the expectations and cannot have hidden effects. Wisdom Homes, Di Lorenzo and all the other tilers are ripping off. It is the known issue and they are still doing it over and over again until we stand up for ourselves and take them to the court. This has to stop. Watch this space. We are having the optical hazing issues on our tiles (after a year, it's becoming more and more apparent). I will update with the outcome. Can someone please offer some advice? Im DESPERATE.
