Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 21, 2012 9:28 am Hi Everyone, just needed to ask a question. We have our tender with H3nl3y on Wednesday. I'm SO worried we will be over budget. We've made quite a few structural changes, but haven't really upgraded that much. Unfortunately, the stuff we have upgraded we're the most pricey (Cat 3 Floor Tiles). We've decided to do a lot of stuff after handover, (i.e. fit out the butlers pantry, linen press, carpets, cooling, overheads in laundry etc). I just wanted to know what the process is if you go over your budget. Will H3nl3y let you do your colour selections again? Has anyone actually withdrawn completely? Would love to know what people have done in the past.
