Re: we have unconditional finance approval.... 5May 20, 2012 12:35 pm hi mary, yes exciting. i will be following your build very closely. - we have been moved to the south west office now, [but did prestart at osb pk] actually for the first time since signing the pcq have i now started to feel a bit excited to see it all start to come together. i was SOOOO stressed out with all the first bits and choosing colours etc, but now im like.... we had our electrician down and they have done the power from the meter box at the road to where the house will be, now just have to wait for western power to come and change the cable from their pole to our dwarf pole [as its not even single phase] and they will be out in 2 weeks. but its great to see the temp power box in place. [of course i took a photo of it ] we also received all our final plans/addenda/variations on friday with all the changes we made, and EVERYTHING is right!!!! i have poured over them so much that when i close my eyes i can still see the plans not sure how long it will take to get the file thru scheduling but hoping its not too long of a wait. Re: we have unconditional finance approval.... 7May 22, 2012 12:23 pm oh garden i cant wait for our slabs to be down finally I got told that 2-3 weeks max for scheduling and for when action starts on the block wooo hooo It looks like we both will see movement on the block early june One thing i am worried about and wish is that we can have handover before Christmas...... fingers crossed for the both of us xo Make sure to take looks of pics and i will do the same you were just referred to get advice from your solicitor.
