Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 17, 2012 4:01 pm There is a vent or a drain in front of my new home right next to the footpath...I need it moved as it is in the driveway path and I'm trying to figure out who to talk to do get this done. Carlisle says it's not theirs, check w/ the council. Council says its an asset and not a utility check w/ the builder. I even tried South East Water and they say check w/ the builder....Argghhh. Can anyone shed some light on this mystery and tell me what kind of pipe it is and who I can talk to about it. Any help is appreciated.
