Browse Forums Building A New House Re: First timers building with Procorp 6May 22, 2012 8:45 pm My partner has a work colleague who is currently building with them in Fletcher. Not sure what stage he is at though. Re: First timers building with Procorp 9Sep 05, 2012 5:37 pm Our experience has been varied - good with the parts of the process that have been managed in house (custom design, tender, selections, variations), and not so good with the parts of the process that have been dependent on their co-ordination with third parties (lodging plans with council, confirming work completed by bricklayers and roof tilers, organising for other trades to turn up to the site). Communication has been mixed. This seems to be an area where builders in general can struggle. Early stages were good, and when we were annoyed by one repeat issue with progress payments, we complained and it has not been a problem since. More recent communication has been poor. PM me if you'd like any more info. Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA? Good or bad, hopefully good just need to know if my choice was good or not? Thanks ❤️ 0 8938 That is a really good attitude Akin to you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I do enjoy watching that tik tok inspector from Victoria but he does go a little… 12 81884 11 41636 |
