Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 14, 2012 9:58 pm Some years ago we looked at multiple options to build a new home but didn't end up going ahead. We've started looking at our options again and currently like a double storey Porter Davis Homes plan in the prestige range. Has anyone building with Porter Davis (or who have built with them recently) included any of the following: Hydronic heating Double glazed windows Ducted vacuum system Oven, cooktop, rangehood or dishwasher other than the ones Porter Davis usually offers Arranged installation of floor coverings after handover (particularly floor boards and had Porter Davis only tack in the skirting boards to allow for removal before floor boards are installed) Many thanks in advance for any assistance. I have now spoken to a sales consultant who helped me out. To help anyone else who may have similar questions, they said Porter David can do hydronic heating, ducted vacuum and double glazing. With oven, they can do different models from their usual supplier. Re: Options available with Porter Davis Homes 4May 16, 2012 12:44 pm Shaje Thanks Ebony.
