howz ur experience with LIH..
I am going through realy bad experiance with their sales team..they don't response at all. I have signed the contract but still waiting for contract document signed by Director..I am worries now.
share your experience pls with LIH.

Hi, I cannot describe my full experience with them at this stage, as I did not hire any independent inspector to inspect their work after each stage, but I will do after the final fixing stage, then I can tell whether they did a good job. For the communication, do you have a client liaison? I do have one and I send emails to that person if I have any question, 1/3 of my emails were answered in time, 1/3 of them I have to call them to ask her to respond to my email and for the rest 1/3 I never get response, I guess they are very busy dealing with lots of clients.
Also, I think they have some staff from non-English countries, and I like talking to them as English is not my first language, I don't know which country you are from but if you can talk to someone in your native language then it will make you feel comfortable.
Just reading through your posts. Seems like they are all VERY VERY BUSY with clients! Yea, we are their clients as well yea? In my opinion, a coordinator is incapable of fulfilling her job description if she cannot effectively liaise with her clients. Well, it can be done if they focus on their job rather than talking about their hobbies - most of them are in that job just for the sake of getting paid - most of these coordinators want to be something else - keep talking about their hobbies - ex. makeup artistry.
I just had my coordinator changed at Porter Davis. The new one tries to call me at 5:15PM on a Friday night. For **** sake, what do you do the whole week? Sit and polish your nails? So, I would say if you're expecting responses from coordinators - forget it mate - they are just a shwocase to the company - good for nothing. Just a complete waste of time. Speak to someone higher up who makes sense.
