The sewer access is not an easment, and is there to be able to access any blockages that may occur in your home's sewer connection. we also ended up with one of these smack bang in the middle of the yard. its annoying, but alas. It helped me a lot to understand the estate and people better. I visited the estate recently for their stage 11 land sales and really liked it. I am very keen to be part of the kingford community. But can anyone please help me with a rough idea for how much I should be paying, as land price for 450 m2 block ? Also if anyone can help me with the things I need to be mindful of building in that area of the estate or in general. Thanks a lot everybody. Cheers Building Standards; Getting It Right!
