Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 09, 2012 11:46 am Hi, We are building a new house. For infills above windows and doors (except for the front facade) builder is using cement sheets, which comes as standard in the contract. I asked for a quote to upgrade the infills to bricks. And it comes to just over $1700 for 19 sq house. My question is, is it worth upgrading to bricks or keep the cement infills? Also my budget is a bit tight. I don't want spend on unnecessary 'features'. Thanks. Re: Cement Sheet infills or Bricks? 2May 09, 2012 11:52 am We have brick infills, I think they look much better. But if u dont want to go over budget the others will b fine. Have u looked at houses with either? drive around and see if u really think its worth the upgrade.
