Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 27, 2012 9:58 pm Hi, We have just signed on to build the Mantra with Gemmill homes, we are building at Trinity, Alkimos and our block doesn't title till October so we have a bit of a wait till things get going Apparently Trinity are pretty good at getting their titles out on time so hopefully no delays. Anyone else building with Gemmill? Any advice on things we should look out for? Anyone else building with Gemmill? Any advice on things we should look out for? Hi I have also recently joined, we are building just up the road from you on the coastal side of amberton. It's such a great forum and has given us a wealth of information. We are building with summit homes and our titles are due mid may. Look forward to following your build. Re: New to site 3Apr 28, 2012 9:24 am Hi Smarty pants & Aly75, Yes, this forum is great, you can find a wealth of information on this site I personally have found it very helpful . Please don't forget to read the "Things you forget " thread , this is quite handy to read BEFORE you sign the final contract to ensure you don't get charged a variation after you start building . Ask alot of questions, & read as many blogs as you can, you'll be surprised at what small bits of information you can pickup. Good luck to the both of you.
