It is nor too dark. The roof has extra insulation and sarking, the windows have smart glass and we have positioned the house off on an angle for best winter and summer sun through the main windows onto our concrete floor. We got the six start rating easily and I am excited to see just how it is for summer and winter when it is built. I think Jasper was the perfect colour for our home and didn't want to go lighter or darker. Thank you so much.
