Tender - 13/07/12 Home settlement - 23/07/12 Contract Signing 1st attemp - 16/08/12 (too many errors - so not signed) Demolition - 15/09/12 Contract Signed - 22/10 (almost one month waiting for 2nd soil test result!!)
