Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 24, 2012 9:47 am Hi, Starting to have house built in June provided land titles in May (cough). I am building in the Somerfield estate on stage 15 and wondered if anyone had a good inspector they would kindly recommend to sign off on the building stages. Would rather buy on experience and value than cost so if you have a good experience and felt the inspector built a good rapport with the SS then please shoot me their details. Thanks in advance Dan Re: Can anyone recommend a good building inspector - Melbour 2Apr 24, 2012 2:10 pm We used Alex from Urban Property Inspections for Frame and Pre-plaster inspection. Picked up a lot that we woudl not have been aware of. Details are on the website: http://www.urbanpropertyinspections.com.au/ I would send it to the certifier who is technically your representative and working on your behalf not the builder's 1 2282 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45569 I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 4518 |
