We're about embark on building our first new home with M3tric0n (Newhaven 36). I definately want an alfresco kitchen as we do a lot of stir fry's and want to keep our internal kitchen clean. Just wondering what would be cheaper, to complete the kitchen through the builder or orgnanise this through an external supplier after the handover. We want a concrete slab rather than wood decking as I don't want to have to be too precious with it. We are in Sydney NSW.
Any help / advice / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If modifying the roof line then that should be done through the builder, wont be cheaper just more streamlined, Get some figures off your builder
