This folder covers the basic options, but as we have chosen the 'display' version of the home, we are a little confused as to which options are included, however we have been reassured this will be thoroughly covered at the prestart meeting. We are concerned about unexpected costs, has anyone been through this process with Aveling Homes that can share some info/figures? These days that's nowhere near enough! We spent over $2,000 on powerpoint upgrades around the house. Hey 1st timers; we also signed with Aveling homes and waiting for the Building Contract to come through. as i see you have experience with them, can you tell me how is your experience so far with them? How did thei pre-start costs come out? any info will be greately appreciated.
