(hopefully). The technician came to my place twice and he replaced the cable, then the drop out issue seemed disappeared. Today I've experience BAD experience in plumbing work. Guess what? Lots of water came out from powder room's waste and we just managed to stop damaging the timber floor. You can imagine how much I was alarmed when I saw lots of water was coming out from the center waste of the powder room's room. As I mentioned earlier my toilet drains slowly from Day1. I didn't bother Zen's people since I thought it is manageable. When I called the Zen's plumber tonight, he seems to regard we blocked the pipe! I hope Zen can send someone to fix the plumbing issue. It's funny that we never experience the drainage issue with the other toilet. Only the problem happens on powder and ensuite toilets. We have a leak in the ensuite which has damaged the ceiling in the dining/family room, it is not major & we stopped using the ensuite. The guys were supposed to come as soon as they start up after the break, I am hoping that is tomorrow. We already paid for somfy motors for the blinds. The quote above was purely for “pre-wiring” so the blinds company can install the motors and blinds.
