You should find the next one will be significantly lower. Our latest was $450. We're hoping for a good weather this week so they can start putting up our roof. While checkin on our home, i noticed the workmanship during the frame process seemed rough/rushed. Is it really like this? Is this normal? Or I'm just a bit OTT? This is our first build that's why I'm so grateful for sites like this which really enlightens me in so many ways. Please check the photos and see them for yourselves.
