Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 06, 2012 12:20 pm Hello people just as quick question im currentrly building my house in front of me there is hectors and hectors of land, just saw some new developer has bought it all. just wondering do they have the right to put what every they went there. or is there regulation they have to stick to just houses. its called Sherwins way. i went to the website just to look but no master plan. Re: Question building in eucalypt estate in wollert(vic) 2Apr 06, 2012 12:37 pm I managed to dig this up: Sherwins Way, Epping Sherwin's Way – Planning Permit Issued On the 26th September 2011 Whittlesea Council issued a permit for 138 residential lots with land set aside for a mixed use site of .91ha and a high density site of .78ha. Our consultants are now working hard to finalize construction plans in anticipation of works starting early in the new year. Great interest has been shown by our builders and JV partners to secure land in what is a fast developing area. The proximity of the Eucalypt, Summerhill and Aurora Estates all being offered at substantially higher prices gives us confidence that our estate will sell fast. With a small amount of detective work I think I've found to the planning info page for the development here: https://eservice.whittlesea.vic.gov.au/ ... 2213%2F001 ... but the Whittlesea council document server is on the blink from the looks of things, so you can't view the approved planning document online. Some people apparently have nothing better to do than comment on other people's sigs. Re: Question building in eucalypt estate in wollert(vic) 4Apr 06, 2012 1:21 pm You can't see the master plan because it hasn't been done yet. Some people apparently have nothing better to do than comment on other people's sigs. I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 4481 thank you! do we need to get this or our builder before we commence new build on the block? 2 10404 |
