I noticed that we don't appear to have our water meter installed (we do have water, has been there since before build started). Should have the builder organised the water meter or do i need to ring Sydney Water to get this installed? Unfortunatly my Customer Service rep didn't know what the process is and couldn't be bothered to help so I rang Sydney Water and they are arranging meter to be installed and recalssification from land to single dwelling. No, definitely won't forget insusrance to start. Just having trouble getting the handover date confirmed need a few windows replaced due to scratched and will depend on time taken to get glass replaced. Unfortunately the other external items are yet to be actioned also. a bit frustrating. I need to replace the worn mohair seal on my sliding window, but I can't get access to the end to slide the old one out & push the new one in.
