Good Luck!
happy PCI day! hope it all goes well.
Well all was reasonably well quite a few touchups to be done and as well as refit the correct shelving to the study - take the wrong stuff out repaint and put the correct stuff in we thought this might have been done considering PCI WAS UPCOMING but not so. Also ceilings joints throughout main living areas were half sanded, third time lucky!!
Otherwise all was ok we are booked in for reinspection and settlement in 2 weeks meanwhile some pics we took are following

Looks great! Love your floor tiles.

Two weeks... I can't imagine starting let alone being two weeks away from settlement. You must be so excited
oh yes we are so very itching to get into our house
It really does look amazing. Extra width to the kitchen island is great!
Nice pics! Good to hear PCI went well.
Just beautiful!! So exicited for you.
Love your study idea and Kitchen bench top storage...

Get some spare wall tiles...so you can stick them to cover the two sides ( I did them after handover)..

All the best for your handover --- they built it pretty fast
thanks all for your lovely comments our kitchen bench was well worth the extra $$ and weve got about 7m2 of extra floor wall tiles so ss asked if we wanted them left or he would toss them , we said we will keep them never know what the future will bring and getting another batch could be slightly different shade so plety of spares.
once again thankyou all for your comments
Wow you guys - love the red splashback and your kitchen looks great! Not long now - so glad thye have been mighty fast with your build... not long now!!
thanks dan, we are wrapped with the splashback with a few other red accessories it will tie in quite nicely. Dropped in to see the house last night after work to find it totally open - front door wide open with noone onsite........very dissappointing effort by the contractor guessing it was the painter redoing the ceilings as it smelled of fresh paint needless to say we locked up dont fancy any delays at this stage of the game.
Lordy well done to the painter!
lucky you guys were checking progress you dont need any unwanted visitors ie theives or vandals at this stage!!
How silly of them - oh well all locked up now

Your whole house looks great, like a display home great colours really blend so well together.. Red accessories will be great, cushions, vases mmmm lovely just tie it all back in together - love it

Hope youre having a great weekend and not long for keys for you guys!!
no not long now 2 sleeps to go its beginning to feel like xmas we do handover on Tuesday cant wait to get in and live in the house its very frustrating seeing it sit there idle.
Its good you went to check on a Friday night otherwise the house would have been opened all weekend. Not long to go now!
Oh so what's going on here Gremlin?? Any move in pics???
Congrats on handover how very exciting!!
Sorry been away for work, just stalking everyone now for progress...
Hi all,
We are fully relocated now and settled in quite nicely.

We had a few issues day after handover with hot water service fault which they had to come out and after 4 hrs was resolved poor guy was there till 9pm
Then we found our front door wasnt latching fully it was very windy and was blowing open of its own accord...ghostly !!!
Got really busy doing the front garden last a few weeks ago.
Other wise its been very nice to have a home once again

Needless to say internet is not available as yet - using my wifes pc at her work to get this on.

I hope all followers are well and here are some moved in pics for your viewing
