We are looking at subdividing our property in Alexander Heights, leaving our old home as is and creating a new block which is "L" shaped with its own street frontage. Does anybody here know how close you can build to the sewer line? It runs along the boundary between us and the next door neighbour. The contour survey shows an approximate clearance line and says "This is not an easement" Finding this a bit confusing...
