Duplex timeframe?????

Hi everyone,

We are building a duplex with vogue homes and the slab has just gone down last week (HOORAY!).

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how long their duplex's took to be built from the time the slab went down? The contract states 12 months MAX or we get compensation, but we have absolutely no idea whether it will be close to 12 months or much sooner?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
