Please hubby, kids and me all waiting for the Amberlea Site Cut 27 September 2011 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=46637 http://www.dscml.com/ Re: Building a Stamford by Simonds 6Mar 30, 2012 12:04 pm Thank You 'bronj', 'dazandstace' and 'edscl'.. Ya it has been a fast process. But it is only a 21sq house and I have heard that most double story houses by Simonds can take a considerable time to be finished.. Anyway also it has taken them almost a month after it reached the PCI stage for us. So hope to see a completely finished house on Monday for our final inspection. This is in Pakenham 'Edenbrook estate'. Re: Building a Stamford by Simonds 8Mar 30, 2012 2:42 pm uew87 'edscl', wt type of details are you after? what colour flooring it is, and is it floor boards or veneer, looks really good hubby, kids and me all waiting for the Amberlea Site Cut 27 September 2011 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=46637 http://www.dscml.com/ Re: Building a Stamford by Simonds 9Mar 30, 2012 4:04 pm Me and the hubby were also looking at building the Stamford, I think its one of the most beatifull homes that Simonds offer, but the down side was the contract, planning & construction, we ended up building a full custom home in Geelong with Pivot Homes for around the same and they finished it in 10 months, which wasn't bad for a custom builder.
