That has been working wonderfully as an insulator, our house remained very comfortable over summer. Is this the same thing as sisalation? I actually thought sisalation was that plastic wrap that sometimes builders use before bricking. If it is the roof blanket then'd I'd be very happy it's being installed, I think we paid an extra $2k for ours which I didn't think was that expensive for the difference it's made, I'm surprised it's not more popular.
