Income protection? Which ones are necessary? Thanks thanks guys!!! INSURANCES 2Mar 23, 2012 7:42 am Once your home is completed house insurance will be mandatory for your lender. Contents insurance is sensible to cover your household goods. Income protection is again sensible in most situations. Insurance like this is something only a good insurance broker should discuss with you. Some things are worth waiting for. Re: INSURANCES 3Mar 23, 2012 8:02 am Would you be needing income protection (althought a great tax deduction) or would you look at taking out Mortgage insurance only? In the building phase the builder will take out all the relevant insurances for the construction phase. By this you then legally aren't allowed to do any additional works on the block till handover due to the legal liability on the property - (mind you some builders don't mind - it would just depend on who you have) BB Barossa Bubbles Building own design Fairmont Homes viewtopic.php?f=31&t=51265&hilit=Barossa+Bubbles Roof on-bricks next |
