Builder sent through plans on 22nd April to the council for approval and have not heard anything back.... Just wondering before i start getting impatient if this is the standard wait time for council approval..////??????????????

Hmmm, good question. My guess would be the Water Corp as they would need to install the meter. Yep. I'd say it's definitely the Water Corp. I think I need to start drinking more coffee or might try tooth picks to keep my eyes open while typing Re: Redink Build - Munster - exciting news :) 26Mar 27, 2012 1:20 pm Hi All, I just called up City of Cockburn to find out whats happening with the building licence and I was pleasently suprised that it was approved on 9th March and all the council is waiting for is indemnity insurance... woooo hooo It would of been nice if redink had informed me though Hopefully now when the resubmit the plans due to changes in the garage it will only take a week or so..........I feel like this is all starting to become a reality Oh just a little bad news, my 2 year old when i was on the phone to the council decided to turn her sisters desk lamp on and touch the globe... ouch very nasty blister on her thumb Oh and my prestart consultant is away again today but she is soo great i forgive her Re: Redink Build - Munster - Awning Window big enough??? 27Mar 27, 2012 10:35 pm Hi All We changed our 4 front windows all to awning windows starting at 7c and finishing at 22c.... Do you think this is to small (width 1 metre each) should i maybe go to 24c which leaves only 1c to the roof.... ? We've found our builder 101 to be good like that too, maybe it's cause 101 and Redink and both owned by Scott Park (who doesn't own scott park homes anymore) and he's a really flexible/relaxed guy and wants his company to be the same???
