Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 18, 2012 6:23 pm our driveway finally got laid last Monday. I viewed it and took pics on tuesday and it looked great. We went back today and it has some horrible patches. On wednesday the painter was at the house and we think he may have got some paint on it and tried to clean it and has taken off the seal. just so dissappointed that we haven't even taken possession of the house yet and the driveway has already looks damaged. From the pics, does this look easy to fix?? http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VP3n7Y4CUUo/T2WZLVgqBWI/AAAAAAAAAbo/W3uU7ijM4Kc/s1600/P3180975.JPG Re: brand new driveway already patchy 2Mar 18, 2012 7:35 pm Dont think so..... Probably need to re-seal the entire driveway again, if you touch it up that part might be patchy. Maybe try a pressure cleaner on the whole driveway, not sure if you could strip the seal.... Get the bloody painter back and rub his nose in it! I would be furious considering it a new house! In reality I can even spot from car on the street. Does anyone have opinions on what is the problem so I can go back to builder with some facts?? I think it is missing the sealer, could it be that simple?? Hi Everyone, Ripped up the carpet and the surface below gas come loose and you can see the slab below.
