It is a very small block of land (8 X 16) and there is no heritage overlay, so would it be best if I look for an architect, a drafter or a builder to begin with? I've looked at display home companies but I don't think they deal with smaller blocks of land. It is a corner home, so I've been told that I should look at an architect because it needs to look 'presentable'.
